Reliable Delivery
Standard international shipments are done by air usualy by EMS. For domestic shipping we mainly use EMS Ground. You can, of course, choose to handle the packaging or shipping yourself, in this case we will do our best to assist you with whatever you may need. Unless specified otherwise we ship worldwide.

Shipping & Packaging Rates
We provide services of packaging and worldwide shipping of pieces on behalf of the buyer and at the buyer's expenses. The costs of shipping depend on the size, weight, insurance and destination of the package
A full packaging and shipping detailed rate will be included in the final invoice.

Handling & Packaging
We ship the items with uppermost care, and our statistics have shown that. Each item is packed in bubble plastic and then placed in a specially built wooden box to steady it during transport and avoid shocks.

Delivery Time
Door-to-door delivery usualy takes 3-5 working days. Some shipments can be delayed at Customs by administration. This is out of our control and we cannot be held responsible for these delays. The buyer is responsible for the address details, which should be completely correct, including area codes, zip codes, etc.

Delivery Advice
Your shipment is handled with utmost care, but we recommend that upon delivery you open the boxes and check the items before signing on the delivery receipt. If one or several items where damaged in transit, please specify on the delivery receipt which items and keep a copy of the delivery receipt for your records. Then, send us an email with the receipt of the parcel notifying us about the damage to the shipment.
If you prefer to arrange the shipping by yourself, we will gladly provide any necessary information related to Israeli shipping companies. You will also need to make the shipping payment directly to the shipping company.

Carrier Tracking
Upon departure of your item you will receive a notification by email with a tracking number to instantly track your parcel anytime, anywhere in the world.
