By placing an order on this website, you indicate that you have read and agreed to the following return policy. This return policy supersedes all other return restrictions listed on any item page or listing. Click here to read our website Terms and Conditions.
ArtDealer Artists
Only damaged items or items that don't match their item description may be returned. You must initiate a return within 21 days of delivery of the damaged items for a full refund. You must return the items in the same condition they were delivered to you with all original materials included with the shipment. If the return is a result of our error or a damaged item, we will refund the full cost of the items and shipping charges. If upon our inspection we conclude that the items are not damaged or that they do match their item description return shipping will apply.
Before signing for the delivery be sure to check the box and the items for any damages that may have incurred while in transport. When you sign for the delivery you acknowledge that the items arrived at your shipping address and that they are not damaged. If the box or the items are damaged be sure to write it on the delivery slip before you sign it.
If discovering damage to the items, please contact our Customer Support to report the situation. Please have the following details ready:
Digital pictures of the damage.
A description of the damage to the contents, with digital pictures.
A description of the condition of the package, with digital pictures.
How the delivery was received (left at front door, signed for, etc.).
Please DO NOT ship the item back to ArtDealer without first being instructed to do so. Additionally, please DO NOT discard the shipping box or packing materials. These items are needed by the carrier to investigate what happened. When shipping the items back to ArtDealer, we encourage you to get tracking and insurance so you can assure your return is received and processed without issue.
You can expect your refund within four weeks of shipping the items back to us. We will notify you via email with the details of your refund.
Legal Stuff
Please make sure your return matches all the above listed criteria. By requesting and shipping a return, you agree to accept our shipment of the return back if it is ineligible for return per the ArtDealer Standard Return Policy. You also agree to pay all shipping costs to and from our office should your return not qualify. If your returned items do not match all applicable criteria listed above, your return will be nullified, any refund or replacement denied, and your returned items will be rejected and returned back to you at your cost.
The title for the items being returned and the risk of loss shall be with the customer at all times during the shipment of items to our office. Additionally, any shipments from our office back to the customer for being ineligible for return per the ArtDealer Standard Returns Policy, are the responsibility of the customer. The title to the items being returned will transfer from the customer to ArtDealer only upon receipt of the items by ArtDealer.
ArtDealer Merchants
For items purchased from ArtDealer's merchants, returns are governed by the merchant's own return policy. Please contact the seller of that item and they will be glad to help you with your issue. You can contact the merchant through their contact information on the item page or use the "Ask a Question" field to ask the seller any questions you may have.
