Follow the steps bellow to place an order |
1. Add to cart
In order to add an item to your shopping cart, select on the item page.
2. Review you shopping cart
After you finish adding items to your shopping cart, review all the items to verify their price and quantity by selecting the link on the top menu of any page.
3. Proceed to checkout
When you finish shopping and are ready to place your order, select the button located on the right side of your shopping cart.
4. Account sign in
- Existing Customers - Sign into your account using the same email address and password you used to create the account. If the email address used to set up your account is no longer valid, please contact Customer Care to update your account or simply create a new account.
- New Customers - New customers will need to register for an account. For assistance setting up your account, click here.

5. Enter your shipping address
Leave the default shipping address you entered upon registring with Artdealer or choose a new one.
6. Enter your billing address
Your default billing address is your primary shipping address, if you want your invoice and other billing related material sent to a different address please update your billing address.
You should also choose your preferred payment method to use with the order.

7. Confirm your order
- Review all the information you have entered. If everything is correct, select
to complete the order.
- An order confirmation will appear on your screen. We will also immediately email a copy of your order to you.
- A detailed invoice will be emailed to you within 72 hours of you submitting the order.
- You can see the order's full details on the order history page of your account.
8. Check Your Order Status
If, at any time, you would like to review your order or check it's status, click the My Account link in the top menu.
